Hypnotherapy for confidence and self esteem
Hypnotherapy is an effective way to build confidence and self esteem.
With guided relaxation I can access and then reprogram the subconscious mind. I then help address the root cause of self doubt and negative thought patterns, Hypnotherapy can then replace limiting beliefs and change them to empowering ones building self esteem. Through repeated positive reinforcement and visualisation exercises hypnotherapy can help anyone develop a strong sense of their self worth and confidence.
Both in hypnosis and out of hypnosis I will teach you mental techniques and strategies, they will be your tools that you can use to empower yourself and foster greater resilience and self assurance.
Hypnotherapy will help you to perform better in any area that you feel is lacking for you; this could be at work, social situations or even personal relationships by developing better communication and self-expression.
The client can then except themselves and their strengths so that they have a more positive self image. Let go of self doubt and insecurity leading to more confidence and a positive outlook on life.
Although hypnotherapy is often a short term treatment it will lead to a significant and lasting positive change in the clients confidence and self esteem.
